Welcome to TheSyinxSyrah. By accessing and using our website (www.thesyinxsyrah.com) or purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. General
TheeSyinxSyrah (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates this website and reserves the right to update, modify, or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
By using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return Policy.
2. Products & Orders
All our products are designed with high-quality 240 GSM French Terry fabric and undergo strict quality checks before dispatch.
Product images displayed on our website are for representation purposes. Slight variations in color, texture, or print may occur due to lighting or screen resolution differences.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspicious activity.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be made in full at the time of order placement via the available payment methods (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD)).
COD orders may include an additional handling fee, which will be displayed at checkout.
Customers must ensure availability at the delivery address to complete COD orders. Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restrictions on future purchases.
We use secure third-party payment gateways. TheSyinxSyrah is not responsible for payment delays or failures due to banking or gateway issues.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days and shipped via trusted courier partners.
Standard delivery time is 5–8 business days depending on your location.
Shipping delays due to courier service, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
Customers will receive tracking details once the order is dispatched.
5. Returns, Replacements & Refunds
At TheSyinxSyrah, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of apparel, our return and replacement policies are strict:
Eligibility:
Returns/replacements are accepted only within 5 days of delivery.
To initiate a return/replacement, you must submit a clear unboxing video (from package opening to product check) as proof.
Without an unboxing video, no request will be entertained.
Manufacturing Defects:
Refunds are only granted in case of genuine manufacturing defects (fabric damage, misprint, stitching issues).
The unboxing video will be verified before approving refunds.
Size Issues:
For wrong size issues, only replacement will be offered. Refunds will not be applicable.
Refunds Processing:
Approved refunds will be initiated within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer/UPI after verification, since cash refunds are not possible at the time of pickup.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
6. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including product designs, logos, images, graphics, and text, is the intellectual property of SyinxSyrah.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our designs is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.
8. Limitation of Liability
TheSyinxSyrah will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products.
We are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party courier services.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Jaipur, Rajasthan courts.
